Refund & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange policies vary based on individual products. Please refer to the specific product types for detailed Return and Exchange conditions:

Physical Products:

Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the receipt of the item, except under the following conditions:

If the product requires registration or activation, and/or the product is registered or activated before being returned. For example, DJI drone products.

Non-Returnable Items: AlteX Technologies Inc. cannot process a return or exchange for the following products:

  • Gift Cards
  • Headphones (open packaging)
  • Memory Cards (open packaging)
  • Software (open or seal is broken)
  • Hard Drives (seal is removed, opened or used)
  • Batteries (unless defective)
  • Paper and Ink cartridges
  • Special Order product (non-stocking)

Training Products:

To be eligible for a training product return, you must meet the condition specifying the maximum learning hours on AlteX Academy for each course and complete the course within the required time after purchasing it. Please contact training@altexacademy.com with your full name, email address, and course name for Return or Exchange requests. Once your return or exchange request is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 2 business days. If you are approved, then your return or exchange will be processed within 2 business days. AlteX Academy online courses are cloud-based. Videos, graphics material, or interactive material such as glossary and quiz are not available for download. A package of downloadable course files is provided in the Course Orientation Module where applicable. Standard computer programs such as Microsoft Word and PDF are required to complete AlteX Academy Courses. An internet speed of 10 Mbps or more is recommended for an optimal learning experience. Please allow time for loading course modules if your internet speed is less than 10 Mbps. Internet service interruption may disrupt course learning progress.
